Problem regarding my Raid0 setup

Here's the scoop:

About 2 weeks ago, I was in IE5, and I clicked on "favourites", then I get a BSOD saying "cannot read from HD sector" or something like that (cant remember exactly).
I'm thinking, crap, I got a bad sector in my swapfile or something.
I press space to "continue normally", and it keeps on screwing with me like that for about a minute, when I get pissed and shut down the machine.
I boot it back up again, and after the raid controllers scans, the machine just sits there.
So I got it RMA'ed for a bad raid controller.

Now, with my RMA in hand, I need to know how to resotre the former Raid0 array without damaging it (no way to back it up :()

I really need your help guys! :)

Did you connect your drives to the onboard regular controller?

i ask because it might be your drive that died & not the controller.

Buddman, the raid controller still detects the drives fine.....
The problem is I really need the data thats on that Raid.....
I know the controller now works because I just setup a raid with 2 spare HD's I have (lucky I had them!)

Plus the board is brand new :)

Basically I need to know how to resotre the Raid array without losing the info.

The only way to possibly gain access to your data but a bit impracticable is to obtain two blank drives exactly the same model at your RAID drives, set up the RAID array exactly the way it was, shutdown and connect the old drives. As long as the old controller didn?t write any corrupted data, the new controller should be able to read the disk. This is in theory anyway, even a newer BIOS on the new controller might change things enough so it wouldn't work. - M.

Oh, and thanks for the help :D
The mobo indeed has a newer BIOS version, so I'm pretty sure that wouldn't have worked....plus it'd be impossible to find another pair of KA's :D
