Problem logoff/logon Windows 2000

After a normal logoff and when a restart my computer again Windows starts normally. But after a while a disk check is performed.

What can be the reason of this ?
 
Is this machine running FAT or NTFS? Does CHKDSK come back with any errors? Could be your drive failing or the file system can have some corruption.
