Problem loading Counter Strike: WASENOPROTOOPT...???

Hey; I've tried loading a couple servers for CS through gamespy arcade; this has been working for a while now. Lately, whenver i try to go into a server, right when the console starts loading info, it just stops and it says: WSAENOPROTOOPT... What is wrong with it and how can i fix this...?
 
I think mine used to say that. It was because I had IPX disabled or something. Anyways, it shouldn't stop loading completely, when it does that try typing retry and hitting enter. It could be Gamespy freaking out.
