problem is with outlook

hi all,
iam unable to send and recieve external mails through outlook2000 when iam connecting from clients,as such my server which has ISA configured and dsl can easily get mails from outside but when comming to my clients side it is unable to connect.

so can anybody help me out in getting this pbm solved.
