problem installing Win2k

Im trying to upgrade from ME to 2k. I booted up with the 2k CD and did all the right stuff it tells me to restart so the setup can continue, after i restart it just goes back to loading WinME. did this 2x same thing happened. whats wrong?
 
i told it to install to the same drive as the current winME system is on. im trying to get it to upgrade. but there is more then 1 drive in my system.

to much stuff to reinstall..... and to lazy im happy with the way everything is running, im just so sick of running out of resources and having to restart every few hours of heavy use.
