Problem installing video drivers

I recently built a new computer-
Asus A8N-SLI Premium
Opty 165
2GB Corsair
80GB Hitachi SATA II
Powercolor x1900xt

Installed XP Pro, newest nforce drivers, AMD dual core driver, then MS dual core hotfix.

I tried to install the drivers that were on the cd, clicked express, and everything seemed to install fine. rebooted, XP boot screen for a second, then got a blue screen. It didn't give a specific error I don't think. I rebooted, chose Last Known Good Configuration, and it booted into Windows fine, with all of the ATI stuff installed (CCC, everything else), but a message popped up that said, "no video driver installed" from CCC. I installed the 6.1 Omega drivers, and they seem to work fine- I don't get a blue screen, and I can run games fine.

I tried the 6.2 beta drivers, and it gave me a blue screen too. Anyone know what's wrong?
