I have a problem about 3D applications. For example when I run 3Dmark 2000, sometimes it returns to the desktop and Sometimes it freezes. It is similar in 3D games. I wonder what the problem is. Do you have any opinions?

I'm not familiar with your video card, which engine is it using? GeForce Mx, GeForce2 GTS, DDR, 256? If you can give us some more information that may help determine your problem. If this is a GeForce based card, make sure you have the latest drivers from www.nvidia.com installed, the detonator 3 drivers. If it is not, just make sure you have the newest reference drives for whatever graphics engine the card has installed.

Sorry for insufficient informations. It is an TNT2 ultra card. A bit old but enough for me. I have the latest detonator drivers(7.17) and via drivers(4.25a). I think I installed all of them correctly. Because I did it according to a respected Turkish web site. There are some people I know who have this kind of problem too. I researched some forums but only I found is that one changed the agp driving control value (In Býos) to manual (DCh) from auto then the problem last. But I learned that that value is different for all cards. I tried DCh but it didnt make any change.

I'm not a big fan of the TNT2 cards, they were known to have some problems. If I were you I would upgrade to a GeForce MX card for a good value. You can pick one up pretty inexpensively. As far as solutions for that card go, I'd check with the manufacturer's website to see if there are any specific known issues for that card.
