problem getting seti password

I am trying to help my friend join the TeAm, but when I go to the get password page it gives me a 403 error...
has anyone else had this problem?
I am trying to go here

Yeah, I just tried to go to the Seti@home site.

Got the same thing. Must be something up with the server again 🙁

It's been acting screwy last couple days. Don't give up, though. Keep trying it later on.
