i got a new ISP http://www.lyonl.com
it worked fine for 2 days, now when i connect i cant browse the net, i tried to restart my comp, and reinstalled there software. I tried diff access numbers and there tech support dosent help with win2k. any ideas on what could be wrong?

See if the support number can give you the tcp/ip setting numbers and verify them your dial up server setting options box.

If you can connect (I'm assuming you can still connect but only cannot browse) but are unable to browse that sounds like their DNS server may be down, that or you have some other settings to change. You can verify if their DNS is up or down by using Command Prompt, and typing NSLOOKUP. If that shows your DNS is up then you have a problem elsewhere 🙂

It would help if you'd be a little more specific though.
