Problem connecting PC to router

Folks:

This is nightmare for me. I am clueless. I have netgear wireless router with 5 ports. I was able to connect 2 wireless PC and one wireline, without any problem or doing anything special. I have trouble connecting another wire line PC. I tries both dynamic IP and static IP and check everything compare to my working PC. I can not even ping the router from non working PC. Not to other PCs. I can do ipconfig but not renew. The only significant thing happen is when I try to connect to internet...Momentoraly it's say tri to connect the firewall after that all the time, "Your PC is not connected, want to work offline" meaasge

I am sure I am making somwhere sily mistake. ANy idea where should I begain?

The computer's Network configuration is Not functioning.

In General you can debug the Network Setting of the computer following these steps.

Step One. Check the Network parameters in the Computer?s Device Manager. Make sure that the drivers are installed correctly; there is No IRQ conflict, and No Ghost installation. http://www.ezlan.net/faq#ghost

Step Two.Verify Basic network setting in the OS: http://www.ezlan.net/Installing#verify
If the above two Steps indicates that every thing looks good but functionally it does not work.

Step Three. Check (and repair if necessary) the Socket Layers, Winsock, and or refresh the TCP/IP Stack. http://www.ezlan.net/clean#refreshnet
