PROBLEM BSOD HELP!

When I run games such as WCIII I will get this BSOD I dunno why and can't find the source.
THis is the message I managed to finally see when I get the BSOD

IRQL_not_less_equal

Or something relatively close to that any ideas?

Also running 3D mark I pass all the tests but I can never pass the High Detail Lobby test because the relatively same problem occurs or the program just shuts off so I never received a score.

that error can mean alot of things

any specific files listed?

if under xp/2k i think too

run>eventvwr> see if u can find a problem in there

There are couple warning within the run command you gave me. Here is two of them. That I thought maybe close to the problem?

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0xbf827b59, 0xf13d5c6c, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini120502-03.dmp.

The driver I am using now is 40.72 I have tried 41.03 and 41.09 also. All is the same result.

CAS cycle is at 3

System is 1000@1400 and system bus is 133x2@140x2

Turn off fast writes in bios. Uninstall nvidia drivers via add remove programs and reinstall. Run your memory at normal speed not fast or turbo. Run everything stock no overclocks. You can get what your getting if the memory isn't stable. Try running memtest with your oc settings and see if you get memory errors. Go to administrative tools in control panel. Select event viewer and see what errors your getting. It'll tell you the source of the error look for any related to memory or the video card.
