problem after playing some games

i posted this in the operating systems forum but thought that it would be better if posted here. i know this is a small/stupid problem to bring up but it has been bothering me for a while. after i exit out of a game the blue busy cursor that usually is animated stops spinning. i heard that it has something to do with games with securom where the spinning CD cursor comes up and after that the busy cursor isn't animated anymore. hope you guys know what i am talking about and have seen it.
 
SecureRom replaces the cursors - so when you're done with SecureRom, the other animations freeze.

I haven't seen a fix for this.

Edit - I think if you reapply your cursor settings, it will refresh the animations.
