Doesn't surprise me at all seeing as if for the longest time we've had our smartest and brightest college grads heading in to the financial sector to mine that mountain of green gold to their heart's content.

Too big to fail and too big/too smart to get put in jail.
 
Holder is trying to do something he thinks will make him look good, as articles for his own impeachment are being filed in congress.
