Did you read the thread? A lot of people in Russia are running video to protect their interests. Modern technology makes this very easy. There's no reason to have video from last week. It can recycle the memory and just have the last 10 minutes, or whatever. If an accident happens, you have video evidence you can protect yourself with.

Ah. I didn't take notice of the thread until recently and it was too many pages for me to go read. Thanks for filling me in.
 
I have been in a similar accident to this. Ouchie!

I also recall a video of an accident where the big rig jumps the center divider destroying a car, but I cannot find it right now.
