Almost always a one pound package. I had this for a year and it was fucking awesome but then again when I was able to cook (no kitchen right now) I ate less than a pound a month. This is really, really good bacon. You don't fry it up and eat it with eggs. You use it to accentuate other meats, use it in pasta dishes, mix it with salads, etc.
