I'm removing the link because after doing more research and browsing the ridiculously cheap GPUs, I'm pretty sure this is a scam and I don't want to boost their ad revenue by providing a link.
If anyone wants to take a risk that will likely result in having to change your credit card and dispute a transaction, the offer was at lcd screens for laptops.
