Proactiv acne stuff

I just started using this proactiv stuff to get rid of zits and to make my skin less oily. Does this stuff work? I'm thinking of going into the dermatologist and getting some Rx stuff. What stuff is the best? Anyone got a good formula to get rid of zits/oily skin?

I know people who use it. It works for some and not for others. Also for some people it stops working after a while.

just go to the dermatoligist..i did and she perscribed me medicine that works good, she also gave my a face wash, 2 creams, and something else.

Proactiv is nothing more than a collection of acne medicine you can buy off the shelf at your local walmart. Just look at the ingredients on the bottle: 10% benzoyl peroxide. I bought a proactiv kit only to be dissappointed - I ended up returning that junk and seing my dermatologist for some REAL ACNE MEDICINE called Accutane. Granted, accutane is a little expensive (i think its $5 a pill a day for 90 days), but it'll kill your acne faster than $1.99 prostitute can strip.

no you can buy higher stength benzoyl peroxide at the store. clean and clear makes a 15% and the DR. can give you better stuff, the C&C was like 9.99 big difference from (30?) bucks , you can also buy face wash with 10% for like 5... save the $ go to the store

oh yah and from the DR tetracyclene. good Rx. has multiple uses

i am trying proactiv right now. my acne only comes when i'm stressed out though. it used to come all the time randomly , but i had accutane already for that, dont really wanna go on accutane again, because well, the you cant wear contacts when you are taking it, and i wear contacts now

accutane was $500 amonth, but insurance paid $490 of it for me when i took it. its very expensive.
