Well perhaps too late for this, but it is a neat cartoon that captures all the ridiculous logic: Pro-War Logic

I didn't even click your link, but can you tell me what you would have done immediately after the WTC Murders and Pentagon Bombing happened if you were the President of the US?

If I would have seen that user around here before then maybe I would have.. but I hate it when people come in here just to bash others.

You really think that had something to do with Iraq? Or is it just the idea that there is a possibility that it is possible that there may or may not be a possible future attack where Iraq may or may not be involved? This is brought up in the cartoon though.

I would have found Isama Bin Laden and strung him up by the balls. What's your point? Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11.

P.S. I did not mean to imply that Iraq had anything to do with 9/11

Just seems to me that some people believe that we can make peace with terrorists or dictatorships or appease them

Are you saying that I am only here to bash people and make fun of people? You might want to re-read some of my replies to others. People are entitled to their opinions. I have respect for war protesters who do not infringe upon the rights of other Americans to get their point across.

Pro-War Logic

I pretty much agree with two of those frames...the other four are a little lacking in the logic department themselves. While using illogical arguments to attack another position for being illogical is amusingly ironic, it does not make for the most effective strategy.

Misunderstanding at its best. Funny drawings of people though. I like that drawing style. I know a lot of pro-war people and I've never heard them suggest any of that. This cartoonist has to get some new friends if he's hanging around those idiots he should maybe listen better to others.

We'll see about that. I know they don't have any solid proof of it yet, but I think (just my opinion) that they will find out Saddam knew about it ahead of time. Just too many little indications for me like the 9/11 murals on their walls, how they talked about Bin Laden and hinted at 9/11 in their state run newspaper before it happened, and the reports of the Iraqi ran terrorist training camps. Usually when there is a doubt, there is no doubt. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

What about the fact that Saddam has been voilating UN resolutions for 12 years, and this isnt a new war based on the fact that he never complied with the resolutions in the first place, thus continuing the first Gulf War.

um, actually there are well known links to terrorists, just not the ones we are primarily concerned with. Saddam has been funding Palestinian terrorists for many years. But since they are not the ones that did 9/11 and aren't at the top of the list, I guess they don't count. The question is if Al Queda is linked to Iraq, which in my opinion, I think they will find out there are some links. Though, again, just my opinion as we have no proof yet.

Yea, and I forgot the logic behind not taking action to enforce the UN resolutions made 12 years ago and leaving the Iraqi people to suffer under a dictator is impeccable.

This war is not about oil! Sure we're dropping leaflets warning Iraqs not to damage oil wells And sure Halliburton is contracted to take them over.

Maybe if the author did some research he would notice that they were contract put out oil fires and repair them. This is some pro-war logic here
