On the plus side the Fascists don't have the means to fight a world war this time round!
You'd have Russia, Belarus and maybe a couple of other former Eastern bloc countries on one side.
The US and Europe on the other.
China, India and the 'stans would be neutral and enjoy the show.

It would be over in a week unless it got plutonium spicy, in which case it would be all over in just over a week.
