The really funny part is that many of the same people that call it a parasite will also support tons of government assistance programs in order to support the parasite.

If a fetus is really nothing more than a parasite why are we giving it medicaid and WIC?

No tax dollars to support parasites!

By the same token people that call it a person don't give a crap about it after it is here. I think the 'pro-birth' and not 'pro-life' term is appropriate.

I think pro-life and pro-death is a better description.

If you are pro-death you are for killing an unborn child.

If you are pro-life you support a childs right to life.

That's an arbitrary standard. We assign that with no basis in science or logic.

A child 5 seconds out of the womb is no different than a child 5 seconds before birth. There's no fairy waiting with a wand at the birthing table to magically bestow rights on the child once he or she comes out.

But something 7-8 months before birth is way different than a child 7-8 months after birth.

Why is that?

Afraid to admit everyone is created equal? If we are all created equal, then we are all entitled to equal rights.

When are those rights granted? At the time of our creation.

There is no difference between a baby 8 months before or 8 months after it is born, as the child was granted certain rights at time of creation.

I've already countered this argument, so either address my response or concede the point. The only other choice makes you look like a failed attempt to pass the Turing test.

You have countered nothing.

The only thing you keep reinforcing is the delusion of your own grandeur.

Did you read the article? So what happens when those two 'people' become one 'person'? Who gets punished? They are cells dude, like many others in the body. At a certain point they actually become a person but it is not instantaneous.

I skimmed through the article. The link it timing out right now so I can not review before posting this.

Why does anyone have to be punished?

Silly pointless arguments, you all could post for the next 50 years here and besides being dead your opinions wont change and no one will be convinced. BTW when does life end?
