If you believe that everyone is created equal and endowed with certain unalienable rights, then those rights are endowed at the time of creation.

Any checkpoint you choose between conception and the inflation of the lungs with atmospheric oxygen is going to be vague and seem to some person to be arbitrary.

Abortion isn't going away. Neither are people who don't want them, don't want to pay for them, and retain their freedom of speech to offend you.

That doesn't really help. Creation isn't a single identifiable instant. It's a process. Do the rights vest at the start of the process, end of the process, or at some point during the process (such as when the process is sufficiently advanced that it is more likely to finish than fail).

The law is wrong.

Rights are granted at time of creation. Rights can not be based on if we meet certain requirements.

Either all people are created equal and all entitled to equal rights, or nobody at anytime is entitled to equal rights.

Society can not say "if you meet these requirments, then and only then are you entitled to rights."

Life is not the issue. A sperm cell is alive but it is not a person. I don't know anyone that is concerned about dead sperm cells.

Ah, so bad decisions by various Supreme Court makeups means other decisions by other Supreme Court makeups are also bad. Thanks for clearing that up.
