Pro Bowl rosters announced..

NFC: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3160198
AFC: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3160194

TJ Houshmazilla got in over Chad Johnson surprisingly, and the biggest glaring omission is once again Hall of Fame potential worthy Fred Taylor--in fact no Jaguars made the team despite being a 10-4 team.

I also think Derek Anderson should've gotten the nod over Ben Roethlissberger, given what he's done for the Browns this year..he even arguably has had a better year than Peyton, but no one's going to omit Peyton..

I agree with you on Fred Taylor, but not on Anderson. He really hasn't put up that great of numbers, and thats what the pro bowl is really all about.

TJ over Chad isn't too surprising... considering TJ had more receptions & TD's, and fantasy football owners were a bit disappointed in Chad. I wouldn't put Derek Anderson over Big Ben... Ben had better numbers (64.7% completion, 29 TD, 11 INT, 100.5 QB Rating) vs (56.2% completion, 26 TD, 14 INT, 85.85 QB Rating).

If it were some kind of MVP voting, then I might agree with DA over Big Ben, but the pro bowl is all about individual numbers, and Big Ben has DA beat in just about every category.

if anyone should have made it over Big Ben, it should have been Garrard.

Wow I hadn't paid attention to the stats in a while..I think a few weeks back Derek was doing considerably better than Ben..

Yeah. That's a load of crap. CJ is way better than TJ.

Did you really need to quote? Now I have to scroll down like crazy. As such, I'll make you scroll even more!

Despite the Broncos having a pretty bad season, it's nice to see Champ still make it. Too bad Lynch didn't 🙁

Yea i guess that makes sense then. Anderson should get props for what he has done with the Browns, but I forget the probowl is a popularity contest.

I am surprised Winslow didnt make it, but i do agree with TJ over CJ. TJ has scored more, and has been more reliable this season.

I want him to end up having to retire one TD short of some Eagle team or league record.

That would be too funny.
