I saw this tape, it is brutal. I don't know if normal people need to fight like this, but, just thought I'd share.

I think the way it works is that most people will "cancel," and send the 2 tapes back, so it's like they sold you the first tape for $7 (the shipping and handlng fee). Either that, or they're hoping you'll be too lazy to send the tapes back and pay the 70 bucks.
