Printing websites with frames in Netscape

In IE, there's an option to print "as laid out on screen" letting you print everything including all frames of a website. In Netscape, it only allows you to print the current frame (as last clicked in). Is there any way around this? What about adding a button in HTML or JavaScript code that lets you do this?
