I have a network with workstations consisting of 98, XP, 2000, ME. When I am logged into Windows as my regular
network login everytime I print to a network printer all of the Win 2000 and XP machines using my same network
login get a Messenger Service window that pops up. The body of the message window is as follows:

MESSAGE FROM SERVER TO NATHANIAL ON 12/28/01 3:24:18 PM
FROM: SPOOLER AT \\SERVER
TO: NATHANIAL
SUBJ: ** PRINTING NOTIFICATION **
DATE: 12/28/01 3:24 PM
PRINT JOB 118 HAS FINISHED PRINTING ON HP LASERJET 8100 PCL6 (LPT2).
JOB WAS QUEUED TO HP LASERJET ON 12/28/01 3:24PM
SIZE OF JOB IS 688 BYTES.

Does anybody know how to get rid of this annoyance? I appreciate it!!!!
Thanks

You have to remove printing notification on the computer where printer installed.
In printer properties remove notification.
Changing notification on the local computer will not help.

Didn't see anything like that in printer properties. Server has the printer hooked to it, it is Windows NT.
Any other suggestions or hints?
Thanx
