Printer trouble

have pics on the computer from my digi cam and scanner. When I give instructions to print paper loads and the printer works but the images are very poor quality 🙁 a redish tinge. However, when I do a test print the printer is good quality and the windows logo looks fine, so the test print is good. However, printing other stuff is terrible🙁

Well, I'd do three things: 1. Double check your print preferences. 2. Make sure you are using ink cartridges from the manufacturer. 3. Try the manufacturer's tech support.
