I have an older HP AIO that's been fine, but after the last ink cartridge ran out, I tried to insert another one (that I've had for 6+ months) and the printer is not able to align the cartridges. i'm not exactly sure what the problem is and I don't really want to buy 2 more ink cartridges only to find out that the printer is hosed.
So....I've started looking around a little bit. I don't print out photos too much. color would be nice, but not really a necessity. i do, think, however that network capabilites and a duplex function would be nice. maybe it'd be worth it to have a inkjet (for pics and color printing) and then a mono-chrome laser for the text printing. Any suggestions for a cost-effect laser that might include the network and duplex?
