Printer Problems

I Work for a pharmaceutical industry and we have an HPLC system with printer problems. The application used is Class VP Version 5.02, the computer acquire data of two systems both are full control. In one of the systems I can print all my data, but in the other one it only prints when the system is reprocessing. Do I have to install the application again, or I can re-install the printer? Thanks for your help.
