Printer Problem

I have a printer problem. The texts and pictures being printed are broken. It’s not the cartridge is the problem because it’s brand new. I think there’s a problem with the roller because it’s jumping during printing. Which means when I print a text I can see white lines and sometimes texts are not aligned properly even it is aligned in the computer. Anyone know some solution? Suggestion is appreciated

no reply? lets make this short so that u can understand. When I print, texts and images are crooked. I think somethings wrong with the roller and the feeder. Any suggestion how to fix? No?

Throw it away and buy a new one?

Unfortunately, printers are considered disposable nowadays...not worth repairing.
