Printer output problem

My laser printer at work always cuts off the text on the right side of the page if I print in IE or Acrobat, but not in Opera. Doesn't matter what margins are set to. Any suggestions on what I can check to print correctly in IE or Acrobat? Tech support here won't help or doesn't know what the problem is.

My printer does this too. Really p!sses me off. You would think that a simple "fit to page" function wouldn't be that difficult to implement but apparently it is. And What lame-a$$ retard came up with the idea of 1 inch margins ????? This is so stupid that it defies belief.

Sorry to use your thread to rant but this has always been a sore spot with me. If you happen to find an answer, let me know and I'll do the same.

I get the same problem on some web pages, If its important, I just temporairily switch to printing in Landscape mode, uses more paper, but it prints out.

I know, but that's not my question. And this isn't my PC. I need to get IE and Acrobat printing correctly. Has to be a way.

I remember HP provided a software to fix this problem (I forgot what it's called but it worked w/ HP laser printers). Let me go do some digging.
