I might need to put my PC where my printer cannot go, how easy and well do USB WiFi print servers work? Will they kill the scanning feature of my Canon MP360? Thanks.

Any recommendations on brand? I have a Linksys 802.11G router.

Yeah it probably Kill the scanner.

Brothers has a line of All in Ones that are Network Capable and go for a little more than $100.
