I was setting up my airlink 1 port usb print server.

I changed my PC's IP address so I can access the web config for the print server to 192.168.1.7

I put the ip address of the print server as 192.168.1.254 <---this is supposed to be the address for web config

I should have put the IP address of my PC, not the server. It should have been 192.168.8.18

So now when I try to get into the web configuration, ithe page doesn't even come up. I tried resetting, it still doesn't work. anyone have any idea? I need to get back into the web configuration page so it will work again.

This is a little difficult to follow. So you changed your pc's IP address to 192.168.1.7 so that it would be in the same subnet as your print server, but where does that 192.168.8.18 come from?

If you had somehow changed the print server's ip to the 192.168.8.18 address, just change your machine's IP to an address on that subnet (such as 192.168.8.2) and you should be able to see it. But probably I'm not understanding your situation very well...

192.168.8.18 is the subnet that my router gives me. The subnet I'm ion right now. The instructions stated I had to change my PC's subnet to 192.168.1.x so I can access the printer server's IP, which is 192.168.1.254

I did that, but when I went to the web config page for the print server, I set the ip address to 192.168.1.254 instead of 192.168.8.x

Now, I can't access the web config page for the print server. I don't know how to get to it.

So I'm assuming your router's IP is 192.168.8.1? Try changing the router IP to 192.168.1.1, which then you will lose communication with the router since your PC is on a different subnet. Have the computer release/renew it's IP and it should pick an open address on that new subnet...then you should be able to see the print server. Hopefully.
