Hey there folks, a buddy suggested that I give you guys (& gals) a ring to see if you could not help me figure out what is up with my machine.
I have a, 500 Mhz P2, Asus MB, 128M Ram, 14GB Hard drive, Win 98 - 2 edition. machine.
Printer, HP PSC 500 (Older Printer, Copier, Scanner in one).
nothing really fancy just a simple machine. my problem is that if I print a small word document or something to the printer, it works just ducky. when I try to print a large picture to the printer it gives me an error message "not enough memory" or "insufficient memory" (something like that). If I shrink the picture down to teeny X small, it works OK (no error), but with larger documents it does not work.
I would not think that 128M of ram would be too small to print a 1024X768 picture, but ...................
I thought maybe it was a Spooling thing so I played with those & that did not help any, so........ I dont know what to do. any thoughts?
thanks folks
Bob
