Prince of Persia: Warrior Within help

I seem to be stuck in the Southern Passage - Present level. Right after I get the Eye of the Storm power.

I'm at the level where I'm supposed to see Dahaka breakign a wall scene.

For starters my prince becomes black for some reason and keeps losing health, no matter how much water I drink. Eventually health loss stops when it reaches 25%. But the weird part is, I never see Dahaka scene, even though I know I'm supposed to. As the result, the part of the wall that was supposed to be broken by him is intact, and I can't proceed. What am I doing wrong here?
 
Have you tried looking over the FAQs over at GameFAQs.com? I got stuck a lot in Warrior Within and had to use the FAQs to figure out which way to go.

I've not played in several weeks and I don't remember that part. Is it when you first see the Dahaka or are you talking about a point later on in the game?

I looked at the FAQ and that's how I found out I was supposed to see Dahaka. What's weird, I decided to go back to the past again and then the black me ran into the regular me. I saw the regular me fight with the lady in black, then i went on and ended up in a small room, fighting with some weird wolf like creatures, that just kept coming no matter how many i killed. Weird!
 
Ok, looks like I found a solution. It's a bug in the game and I have to restart from the earlier save point. Which I don't have - so I'll have to restart from the beginning 🙁

What do you think of the game so far?
 
Well, I stopped playing right before Christmas and haven't played since. I'm probably 80% complete and I really like the game.

If you like Sands of Time, then you'll enjoy this one. Warrior Within is much longer than Sands of Time and it's kinda just drug the game out for me. I'm sure I'll finish it eventually, but just too busy to do it right now.
