There are three options in the torture test.

Which one would I pick for testing stability of RAM?
Which one would I pick for the stability of the CPU?
What would the other one be used for?

Actually I have been running the custom. Change the MIN FFT setting to 2048 and run it. Usually find out much quicker if my system is stable. 8 hours stable on this and you are good to go.

I like to run In-place Large FFTs for CPU and just run memtest86 for RAM.
