Prime95 Question

So I got my MotherBoard back From MSI and I have been running prime95 on it all night on the "little bit of every thing" setting. How long should I run this for? Also, what other settings should I try testing it with?


 
12-24 hrs s/b sufficient.

I generally run the Blend test too. Use of the other two (small/large FFTs) is geared more towards the CPU IIRC.
