You should try lapping your HSF, that's probably the problem. Maybe even lap the IHS also. 42C idle? I barely hit 42C on load and that's with the same voltage...I'm using a hyper6 btw. Before you try out lapping, try refitting your hsf, and reapplying AS5.

that 59C may actually exceed the max temp for your venice...mine max temp is 57C

i run my comp (3000+ winnie) at 2.6 with 1.6 volts 24/7 in prime with a full load temp of 93F (go water its the only way to fly)
