I just saw the video before coming to this thread. I guess the guy pulled a knife from his car after he got hit then put it back but the guy in the SUV decided to try and mow him down. Anyways, insane-o-mane.

They're both going to be in trouble. I'm guessing it's *slightly* illegal to go get a pistol from your drunk and wave it around in the middle of a busy intersection.

Im thinking the Jeep driver gets charged with:

1) Felony hit and run,

2) Failure to stop and render aid,

3) Aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon or even attempted murder.
