I keep getting this error don't know what it is can some one plz help ?

Are you overclocking? Illegal sumout means the computed answer is different from the pre-loaded database value, meaning your system is unstable. Perhaps you need to increase the voltage or dial back the overclock.

It could also be faulty ram, incorrect timing on RAM, etc. You need to provide more information of what condition you were running Prime95 at which resulted in this error.

How did you determine it was stable? You screenshot aint exactly talking for it.

this is after that screenshot was taking and i determined it was stable after running prime95 for 5 hours with no errors

Edit: that screen shot was @4.6GHz and 1.4125v
 
Running prime95 for 5 hours aint no garantee for stability.

But you answered your own question then on why Prime95 failed.
