iiiiiiiiif anyting if god did exist this guy went about it all wrong, his reasons for trying to do what he did was wrong and god would have never let him walk on water anyway even if possible

oh man, that guy is such a loser. i walk on water all the freaking time! then i turn it into wine and drink it while i am walking on it still. most of you won't believe me though because you can't even interpret the bible correctly... however i can of course.

I think he intended to kill himself, and used this "Word of God" to make it seem like he was doing something holy.

Probably got caught molesting a 5 year old at K-Mart and doesn't want to deal with the charges.

Talk about someone who misunderstands God and his miracles
I'd say he understood just fine. Matthew 17:20:
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you."
His theory was sound. But apparently, he did not have enough faith.

That or he didn't intrepet the bible well.

I vote for not intrepetting well the bible verse.

He should have come to you because obviously you're the only one with the correct interpretations. And you know this because God speaks to you, whereas the priest's belief that God was speaking to him was total BS?

Why do you even bother making smart ass comments like this? Grow up.
Um, he has a perfectly valid point.

He obviously didn't have enough faith.

Pretty arrogant too, thinking he could be as good as the Almighty.

Thats the power of religion. You feed enough of it to somebody and he may try to walk on water. Others will blow themself up to get to the virgins. Here on ATOT, they post to promote their own brand of god.

Powerfull stuff indeed. It can be used for good and bad. It is amoral. If an individual is carrying out the will of God, then anything is possible.

That is why Mhullas shoud not posses Nuke.

Hell, religion should be kept as far away from government as possible.

And out of ATOT if I can help it.

This is rather sad but it's funny because he got what he deserved.
People should never try to imitate what God alone can achieve.
