when i use pricewatch and check for cpu two diff models come up for the amd line was looking at a 2800+ and one says 2800+333 and u can find them for 79$ and one says 2800+ and its 125$ is there a diiff besides one is OEM and one reatil??????????????????????????????? any one uses those store from pricwatch some of the prices look to good to be true!!!! link to the one that say its 2800+ 333 l

ok..only difference is just that..OEM=limited(can be as little as none up to 1-3 yrs) and Retail=AMD manufacturer 3 yr warranty

You can check the reliability of online stores at Reseller Ratings. There will be a difference in price between the OEM and retail boxes, usually $10-$20 depending on the chip.

Don't trust pricewatch, the lowest prices are often from stores with awful scores at www.ResellerRatings.com for poor service (lying about stock, shipping used or remarked chips, not accepting valid RMAs, etc.).

Spend a little extra and buy from newegg.com.
