Prices to get a garage and barn built?

I need a garage built, and a barn finished. I need an average price if anyone knows about what this runs. I know there are many variables, but I need an idea.

Looking for a 2 car garage, attached to the house. Concrete floor. Heated. Vinyl siding. Electric doors. Complete.

Also, I have a pole barn out back. Basically wood frame covered in sheet metal, and only thing that can be salvaged is the rough frame. I need to get this converted to a complete barn/garage. I need a concrete floor, totally enclosed/mouse proof, lighted/heated, two extra height garage doors (Electric), drains in floor, no windows, siding etc. In other words, a complete building/shop. It has 6 bays in it right now that can hold 6 cars for size estimate.

I figure about $10k for garage and $15k or so for the shop. Any guesses, quotes, ideas, hints are welcome.

Around here, it's about $10k for a double garage, extra for the opener, heat, vinyl siding and what not. As for your pole barn, that's a toughie. Prolly have to get someone to come
out and estimate that one.
