Price/Performance-Mobo/Chip Combo(AMD)-What should I get?

I'm building a new machine, and the mobo/chip is the last thing to get. I'm figuring that I'll wait until after christmas to buy them, since prices will be lower then, but I was looking for suggestions. I'm willing to spend 175 max, and really looking for a solution around 150 for the mobo and the chip. My only other stipulation is that it has 3 sdram slots...

I think he wants a PC133 solution.

I would go for the Asus A7V133-C or the Iwill KK266 Plus

I think you're asking a question a bit too general. Motherboards tend to be a subjective matter, depends on what features you need. If you don't need any special features then I'd say take a look at the shuttle ak31(i think thats it). only 80 bucks and then get the fastest procesor in your budget. You should do some research to narrow it down. check out www.amdmb.com
