With the price of oil dropping significantly which oil rich nation will see a regime change in the next 2-3 years?

They haven't felt the hurt yet. They still have money left from the $100+ boom. In 2 months they'll start crying when they realize they have no money.
 
It could happen. Venezuela and Iran are looking down budgetary gun barrels with oil where it is now and OPEC's supply cuts will not be bringing them back up to where they need their budgets.
 
I don't think any country will be as f'ed as Russia. Welcome back to the days of your soldiers begging for food, suckas.

Apparently Russia actually saved up some of the money it was bankrolling this year so they are not as fubared as Venezuela, which was in a state of collapse even with oil at $147 (fiscal incompetency ftl). Now with it at less than 1/3rd that they are in an awful way.
