I already have all the pieces, sans the next-gen console + games.

BTW, with the XBOX 360 having native DVI output (and possibly VGA as well with a simple adapter), anybody with a SXGA or better monitor can enjoy it in higher resolution. Especially good for those with 2005FPWs or 2405FPWs.
