does anyone have a idea on how much the price for the aus a8n-sli board will drop in the next month? I i have to wait for grades to get it..🙁

It's as low as $180 shipped right now, but it's a pre-order, which may be right down your alley: AxentMicro.com, TechOnWeb, and DirectDial.com, etc. all run for under $200. If I were you, I'd wait for the DFI nF4 SLi-D/R. It might be as hihgh as $300-$350, though. If you're gonna settle for the ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe, wait until about a week after DFI releases their board. ASUS, Gigabyte, and possibly MSI will have to drive down the prices of their nForce4 offerings to compete with DFI, because DFI's motherboard will own all others (ABIT should have a good offering for their nForce4 board too, though I have not heard so much as a peep about it). I settled for the A8N-SLI from ZipZoomFly for $199.99 with free 2nd day shipping, which is about the best price you can get from a highly reputable online seller.

I'll leave it up to you to decide what to do (obviously).

Good Luck.

When the ASUS A8V Came out it was one of the only skt 939 boards and cost $250 it took about 4 months for other manufacturers to come out with enough differant 939 motherboards to cause ASUS to drop its price. I imagine It will be 6 months before it comes down to the $150 level and by then you won't want it because an nFORCE4 250 SLI will have come out and cost $250
