Just curious if someone previously banned might be able to re-up under the new subscription plan? Thanks.

Banned - as in banned for life? In that case, no. The same banning restrictions (IP, etc) are still there.

Now that I think about it , I would want some asurances on this before I sign up , ( contract ).

And!

Now that I think about that , scince you have children posting on this board , no pre adult under the age of 18 may enter into any legal contract.

I guess these are things you are able to work out , however The facts still remain.
