Isn't coming coming at that woman with his arms folded and bumping into her a form of assault meant to intimidate her? I'm sure if I made that move twice like he did to a cop it would termed an assault. I'd say the cop escalated the situation when it seemed to only be verbal in nature.
That site was jacked up for me. I had to keep moving my mouse to keep the video running.
Dunno... from the video it looked like he was somewhat patient but the end looked uncalled for. Audio would help (maybe my video was that jacked up?).
Guys defending the man are clearly stupid.
A. In the first moments of this video, the very much larger man with closed fists in an obvious fighting posture comes and get's right in the face of the woman. Regardless of what was SAID, this is assult. Everything after tha moment for the woman is self defense including spitting. The cop broke the law plain and simple. And what a douchebag!

Closed fists are considered assault if you're large? :confused;
That's called officer presence. #1 in the force continuum. A lot of times that is enough to descelate the situation. Her decision to spit on him moved straight from there to hard hands, skipping soft hand techniques.
