That is still only one car, an isolated incident. If a bunch of production cars have problems, then you'd have an argument.
You'd think MB would take the time to check the car they send to a show for defects, especially one as widely watched as Top Gear 😱

Truuuue.

Doens't change fact that car is overpriced and has extremely low reliability.

Overpriced, yes, but where are you getting the extremely low reliability from?

he is trolling 🙂 although we have opposite views on politics, we sure do agree on cars

He's not really trolling, if you watch the top gear episode they had A LOT of electrical problems with their brand new SLK. They liked the Audi S4 Cabriolet better

Hrmm.... a bunch of production cars.... There are a lot of well documented problems with models bearing the Mercedes badge.

Anyways, to the point, was that SLK a standard? Would that make it the only standard transmission available from MB?

Well anyway I believe MB has the highest initial quality ratings from JD Power but the lowest long term reliability. German cars aren't as reliable as Japanese.

Porsches are, and more.

AH! I knew it was either Metallica or Rammstein. I quickly skimmed all of my Rammstein songs and didn't catch it so I assumed it was Metallica. Thanks!
