This is in the weekly circular here is a link

I just picked one of those up and it looks great. 6 inputs (PC, 1xHDMI, 2x Component, 1x S-Video, 1x composite), and the price is right. Briefly hooked up a notebook PC, even that looks quite good.

Got this during BF with the same price AR. It's been a good TV, HD channels at 1080i are so pretty! Xbox360 looks good too, the sound does leave something to be desired, but overall a decent TV for the price.

These sold out fast, I just called my local Staples and they're sold out.

5 year extended warranty is $129.

That TV sale was previously discussed in this thread: Staples President's Day sale which includes a link to an A-V forum discussion about that TV.

It was advertised as a limited stock deal, so I doubt greatly there are any rainchecks. It may be worth it to call around to a few stores in see if they still have it in stock, though.

Before you all who didn't jump start abusing yourselves, there is a problem with this TV, reported in at least a couple places (me included) -- it doesn't retain its cable-found digital channels on a power cycle

avsforum link

There's a similar thread at chubbywallet. Also note that although the model numbers are the same, this TV isn't the same on MAG's website. Most notably, this TV is a half inch or so larger, and has only a single RF input on the back -- the one on the MAG site has both OTA and cable inputs.

This deal has cooled significantly for me. Especially if there's a problem needing manufacturer assistance -- it's an $80 bill to ship back to MAG. Ahem.

This may be a typo. I have watched several shows and movies with bright ambient light, and did not even think about playing with the controls.

Like Cranston above, I bought one and am having the same problem of retaining channels after beeing scanned and powered off. We are both at the AVS forums trying to figure this issue out but I have to say that the HD channels I am getting after the scan from Insight Cable look great.
